All the facilities were brand-new, so everything looked fresh and modern! 🌟

Everything was very good and greatly enjoyed my stay there. I had stylish, comfortable modern room with a much better toilet. The location for Orillia was magnificent and decent, next to a retail park, Bass Lake and a Cineplex movie theatre. I had really good days staying at this brand-new hotel.

The staff were quite busy, didn't expect that coming.

Every member of staff was amicable and super-friendly. Liked the queen room we had with a much better toilet. Had a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, and refrigerators at our disposal

As longer term business travelers, we loved the helpful and hospitable staff, clean facilities, and new design. the snack bar offered sugar-free and healthy options. Free parking and a pleasant pond view added to the positive experience. the on-site laundry and in-room amenities like a microwave and small fridge were convenient.

Felt well taken care of, no reason to complain.

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Secondly, the rooms were spotless and had all the basic amenities we needed, including a spacious and well-equipped bathroom. Lastly, the breakfast selection was fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from, including delicious cheese omelettes. The attention to detail in this hotel was truly impressive.

my recent stay in orillia was absolutely fantastic. fairfield exceeded my expectations with their luxurious accommodations and exceptional service. the staff were welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. the location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. i highly recommend fairfield for a memorable and enjoyable holiday.

One small issue was the lack of information in the room.

The venue is clean and has a marvelous location in a retail park. the staff is incredibly nice, and the rooms are bright, brand-new, and have improved toilets. the location is great, next to restaurants, the highway, and Casino Rama. A very good stay, as always.
